Egon Schiele
Egon Schiele (12 June 1890 – 31 October 1918) was an Austrian-born painter. He was introduced as a promising young artist for his talent in painting from an early age, and is also famous for his work with Gustav Klimt. Schiele dealt with topics unfamiliar to the time, such as human sex, war, family, and desire, and created his own unique world through various styles of painting. Some people see his work as grotesque, erotic, pornographic, disturbing, and gender-focused. Nevertheless, his unique drawing and unique overwhelming atmosphere are loved by many people to this day.
