Lee Soon-ryeo often compares herself to a black plastic bag containing miscellaneous items and looks into the soot in her mind. And it expresses the pieces of memory through reflection into a work. Enjoy the exhibition and take some time to look back on what soot my heart is stained with.

The artist Lee Soon-ryeo unfolds the memory that began with a charred shadow on the side of his heart on the canvas. The artist has been working on looking back on himself as a third-generation Korean-Japanese, traveling between Korea and Japan. I paid attention to the changes that occur when I reflect on myself and communicate with the world beyond. This work is an exhibition of his own black plastic bags, inked and collected fragments of memory.
