Vincent van Gogh
He was born on 30 March 1853 in the small town of Groot Zundert, north of Brabant, Netherlands. His father (Theodorus van Gogh) was a pastor. His mother (Cornelia Carventus) gave birth to his brother in 1857 and named him Theodorus after his father. In 1864, Vincent went to boarding school separately from his parents, but he left school when he was 15 years old due to poverty. In 1869, Vincent began to copy and sell prints at his uncle's Old Pilgrang Hague branch. Vincent was recognized as an exemplary and sincere young man at the time. From 1873 he worked for Vincent's younger brother, Theodo Brussels Branch's Gupil Gallery. In March 1873, Vincent left The Hague and was appointed to the London branch of the Gupil Gallery and stayed in England, where he worked in Paris from 1875. Vincent has been obsessed with mysticism since London and neglected his gallery work. Vincent had only God, and he was eventually fired from the gallery.
