3. Processing and retention period of personal information

4. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

1) Procedure
After the purpose is achieved, the information provided by the user is transferred to a separate DB (a separate document box in the case of paper) and is stored for a certain period according to internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than to be retained unless by law.
2) How to destroy it

1-2) Obtain consent from the parents or guardian of children so as to collect personal information of children or directly send the information of products and services of the Company
1-3) Give the parents or guardian of children a notice of Company's policy of privacy protection for children including the items, purpose and sharing of personal information collected
1-4) Grant to legal representatives of children a right to access to personal information of that children/correction or deletion of personal information/temporary suspension of treatment of personal information/ and request for withdrawal of their consent provided before
